**Order Cancellation by Customer:**

We at Moncton strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our shower gel products. Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

* **Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product:** If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within **48 hours** of delivery. You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect/incorrect item along with your order number.
* **Unopened & Unused:** The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
